Prep HPLC purification (basic) afforded the title compound as colorless oil. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) delta: 9.81 (s, 1H), 9.00 (s, 1H), 5.52 – 5.45 (m, 1H), 4.84 – 4.68 (m, 1H), 4.53 – 4.40 (m, 2H), 4.13 (dd, 2H), 3.97 (td, J = 11.2, 4.3 Hz, 2H), 3.71 – 3.56 (m, 2H), 3.51 – 3.43 (m, 1H), 3.43 – 3.34 (m, 2H), 3.25 – 3.18 (m, 1H), 3.07 – 2.97 (m, 2H), 1.95 – 1.82 (m, 2H), 1.75 (d, J = 12.3 Hz, 1H), 1.62 (d, 1H), 1.19 (t, J = 6.9 Hz, 3H). HPLC-Retention time (XE Metode 7 CM) : 1.95 minutes. Detected “M + l”-mass: 464.15.
